Are you staying hydrated? Here are some helpful suggestions and most important is to add a date at each meal and at bedtime. We are aware that God's foods in natural form are for our good health.






The  biggest mistake people make is that people do not hydrate during the day, saying if I drink 5 cups of water I will start peeing for the whole day so we end up not drinking water.  Hydration is not just water, it is water and electrolytes .    We need both.  Also add a pinch of salt to your glass of water or on your palm and lick it off then drink the water.  If you feel dizzy, lightheaded or exhausted grab a pinch of Celtic Sea salt and put on tongue and drink a glass of water.  
You can take supplements like Reign drops which is what I take.  It is a mineral water concentrate  (naturereigns,com)  The drop concentrates have himalayan minerals to keep us hydrated. A large bottle is about $85 and it lasts well over a year.    Reign Drops is a  mineral water is an electrolyte hydration solution or "structured Water"     Adding 3 drops to each 8 ounce glass of water or 8 drops to 20 ounces of water.   This will hydrate your cells and keep you hydrated.    For pets they sell a pet electrolyte solution or you could add only 2 drops of these electrolyte minerals to their water or 2 drops in their food.  They need this also.   Our teeth are mineral bone based so this is important even for our teeth and our pets teeth.    Also there are supplement tablets from Trace called Electrolyte Stamina that are excellent too.You can even make your own electrolyte mixture at home by taking just a little bit of salt like a pinch and a little bit of lemon in your water and stir up and drink.   Great when kids need a boost if they have been detoxing with fever or colds or flu like feelings.
And most important to support this is to have one date at breakfast, lunch  and suppertime, and one at bedtime.    The dates enhance the hydration which adds some micronutrients that are in the date, there are electrolytes in the date especially after having eaten some protein  -  Dates are a super food for a good reason.  Having a date at breakfast and lunch will help you stay hydrated during the day
