Benjamin has been on a journey with the Lord since he gave his life to Christ at four years old. Along that time God has guided the steps from a farming community in Illinois; to college at Platteville, Wisconsin; to a job in the offshore oil in gas industry in Houston, Texas. After the Lord told Ben and Paige to get married and move to Egypt, a journey of faith in marriage began that is continually being refined and stretched. Through doors opened by his career in the oil field, Ben and Paige have ministered in Egypt, Morocco, South Korea, Senegal, and Mauritania.
In 2023 the Lord led Ben to stop working and to trust in His provision. The Lord has been faithful in providing and in showing him the steps to take in discipling his family of 4 boys and three girls. In January of this year Ben and Paige and all the kids went on a weeklong mission trip to Arizona to minister to the nomadic people of North America with Walk on Water Ministry. This experience has further captured the vision of this family doing life and ministry together.
The Morhardt family enjoys all things outdoors and experiencing the majesty of His creation. Life is full of homeschooling activities and daily opportunities to fellowship and serve within the Body of Christ.
What We Believe
What Does El Shaddai Mean? El Shaddai is a Hebrew name for God that means God Almighty or The All-Sufficient One. It speaks of God’s unlimited strength, His faithful provision, and His sufficiency to meet every need we may have. The name first appears in Genesis 17:1–2, where God reveals Himself to Abraham as the Almighty God who blesses, multiplies, and fulfills His promises.
El Shaddai is not limited by natural circumstances, but is able to provide supernatural provision, strength, and miracles for His people. As seen in John 10:10, God desires for us to have life "more abundantly." El Shaddai is the God who is more than enough; able to turn situations around and supply every need with His power, grace, and overflowing blessing.

El Shaddai Christian Fellowship was founded on the principle that we can know what the will of God is, because God’s will is His word. Pastor's dynamic teaching and unique revelation of scripture resurrects hope, ignites faith, and presents the gospel with clarity and simplicity. This helps us be doers of the Word of God as it says in James 1:22, “We are to be doers of the Word, not hearers only.” It is our covenant promise to you that we will preach the pure Word of God until the day that Jesus returns for His glorified church. As the glorious church, we worship Him in Spirit and Truth. This is an emphasis at El Shaddai Christian Fellowship as we diligently seek after the truth of God’s Word.
