Pastor Victor Santiago had a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior in April 1976. For more than 18 years, he has passionately ministered the message of God’s grace and faith in Jesus Christ, equipping pastors and ministry leaders through workshops and conferences across the United States, Puerto Rico, Peru, Mexico, and other nations. He also provides leadership and oversight to 3 churches in Peru and one in Bolivia.
Pastor Victor serves as a Regional Leader with the Association of Related Ministries International (A.R.M.I.) through Andrew Wommack Ministries. He is a board member of New Family Church in Puerto Rico, and supports their pastoral and leadership teams. He is also the President of Refrescante Ministries, whose vision is to refresh and strengthen ministers through a clear revelation of the true Gospel of Jesus.
Pastor Victor has been happily married to his beloved wife, Carmen Santiago, for 49 years. Together they have been blessed with 4 children who are all married, and 6 grandchildren. He describes himself as a very happy and grateful man.
