Here We go Again, After a Sweet Holiday of Rich Foods
Here we go - public health experts (what makes them experts ???) warn of Looming Quad-demic this winter - flu, covid, RSV and norovirus.
Well anyone with an ounce of brain matter knows that there will be some flu or colds going around after all the heavy Christmas eating - and to top it off with tons of sweets, candy, fudge, cookies, cakes, pies, sweet jello salads - ALL SUGAR - Which pulls our immune systems down allowing bacteria or germs to thrive - they live on sweets as does cancer - it is their fuel and people just fed flu, cold, germs a feast and then with lack of sleep and over excitement of the season - here comes the symptoms and sickness.
And just after the New Years holiday comes Valentine's day - another candy and sweets holiday. Just as our immune system gets back in shape the commercial government "nuts" bring another sicky sweet holiday along to stress our immune system and more flu/colds etc. Then shortly after this rich sweet holiday comes Easter with sugary marshmallow bunnies and chickies and more candy, cookies etc. Then comes Memorial Day Holiday with picnic foods followed by more cakes, pies and sweets.
The only celebrated holiday that doesn't include sweets and actually has healthy food about it is St Patrick's day with Corned beef and cabbage with carrots and no sweets usually involved.
Get extra Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and Zinc in your system. There are even Zinc lozenges you can suck on - a couple a day helps.
Make garlic water - 6-8 peeled garlic cloves in 2 cups of water, bring to boil, set aside for 10 minutes to steep. Then strain into a glass jar and drink 1/3 cup three times a day - everyone in your house needs this. Store in the refrigerator and make up more when you complete that first jar. Keep the garlic water going.
Eat and chomp on raw carrot sticks, celery sticks, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans (yes they are great to eat raw) radishes, etc. And in January we can get sweet tangerines that are easy to quickly peel and eat. Watch the sticker code to be sure first number is a #9, not those "cuttie tangerines" we see all the time, those are genetically altered and full of chemicals.
You can also take a peeled clove of garlic and wet it, then slice it in small chunks or in slices and swallow like a pill followed by water.
You will not smell like garlic because you didn't chew it.
This is nature's antibiotic that kills germs
Make up some colloidal silver too with distilled water. Only good for 3 weeks so buying it in the health food store is not worth spending the money because it probably has been sitting on shelves after shipping for too long.
So as we move into this New Year of 2025 let's start it right with tipping a glass of garlic water to each other and praying for each other, our country, our military and those working hard to bring our Republic back and for our President and The Children who were rescued and are being rescued.
Be good to your body. Watch what you eat, watch what you say as your body responds to each one of your words whether said in jest or frustration - it is still said and the body reacts to your voice.
Be in great health so we thrive well, there is much for us to do so we need to be strong, vibrant and joyful.
