The Health benefits of Chia

Put in salads, salad dressings, in baked goods, in smoothies, just eat a handful.   These seeds are live foods, but not their seed oil -  Seed oils are very dangerous to our health.  The only safe oils to consume, cook or fry with are Coconut Oil, Olive Oil (careful frying as olive oil is not the best for frying) and Avocado oil.   The other excellent seed oil is Black Seed Oil, this is a seed oil we need to consume in tablet form for our health.   But no other seed oils like sunflower oil, canola oil, any vegetable oil, READ INGREDIENTS ALWAYS.  Take a magnifying glass with you to the grocery store as the extremely small print is that way on purpose in hopes that you just buy it and not check it out.
